Any advice provided will be appropriate and take into account the customer's individual needs and circumstances.
We take our clients' privacy seriously and ensure that our staff are aware of and follow rules in relation to data protection to ensure that clients' details are kept secure and confidential.
We take any complaint seriously and will deal with any complaints promptly and make improvements to our operations where required.

In 2008 our Fleet of 50 cars was spread across a number of suppliers with a mixture of owned, leased and hire purchase vehicles. Windmill Leasing has helped us with every aspect of the transition to a fully managed and maintained fleet.
They were flexible during the transition period by supporting vehicles not originally supplied by them and managing the disposal of our owned and HP cars.
The new fleet of Golf and Passat bluemotion cars have reduced our fuel bills by 10% and overall our fleet costs have reduced by 22% over the past 2 years.
The main benefits, however, have little to do with cost and more to do with the service we receive. Our drivers deal directly with the Windmill Leasing Service Team for all their requirements – servicing, tyres, temporary vehicles, loans, accident management, repairs.
It is hassle-free for me, my Personnel Department and my Finance Team. We have a large mobile workforce – so that is really saying something. When I think back to the aggravation we had on a daily basis before Windmill Leasing stepped in I shudder.

However I wanted to email you, to pass on how impressed I have been with Claire's service level. She has worked on sourcing a car for me for a few weeks now and from beginning to end she has been outstanding. She was always very clear on what was possible or not and never over promised, unlike some sales people I encounted along the way!
